Ira from Yo La Tengo recently sat down in the Matador Records offices to be interviewed by the Midnight Pajama Jam guys, which includes puppets Lumpy and Scott Fellers. The following seven short interview parts have been placed on various Yo La Tengo and Matador Records related websites.

All you have to do is go and watch the clips and make sure to pay attention! Once you 've seen all the clips, come back to this page and answer the following questions to earn a chance to win a custom Yo La Tengo surfboard designed by Gregg Hunt at Hunt Custom Surfboards in California, or autographed Yo La Tengo catalog CDs.

The winner will be chosen at random from those who answer all of the questions correctly. The contest is only open to residents of the US and Canada (due to high shipping costs), who have no relationship to the Matador Records or Beggars Group staff. The contest will close on August 15, 2003. The results will be announced on August 22, 2003. All decisions are final and non-negotiable.
